I’m Alone In this Mess
No matter how boring an activity is, or how unhappy we get by doing some things, we just have to do them. Sometimes, we have to choose uninteresting things over those that interests us. Why? Simply because we have to. We do them all for the love of those people around us.
My dad told me days ago that sometimes what we want in life are not always what we are given. Sometimes we have to deal with things that we really don’t like, things we really don’t want to do. Sometimes we have to let go of those things we like in exchange of things we don’t like.
Please don’t make this too hard for me. I’m alone in this mess.
hey, just came across your blog randomly…must say that I truly empathise with your situation. Have tried to philosophise my predicament, which has the same frustration as yours, and i must say your reasoning is an interesting take on things. not sure whether I am doing it for the love of people around me though. I just don’t seem to be strong enough to direct my path in the direction I want to.
